Design Studio 1 EXP1 36 Textures

Image
“awesome inc” Week 3 we had to come up with 36 words then draw them as textures. They are categorized into the above, between and below section.   Compacted                                                                           Metalic   Flexible   I then had to choose 3 textures and apply them into my 3D SketchUp model.

Feedback on my naibour`s sketchup model

“awesome inc” firstly, he divided 2 sections which is ground floor and top floor he used lots of rectangle shapes and it was very regulary and softable. I think, he is more creative than my drawing. one of interesting is ground plan he made big circle. besides there are good quality of stairs  it looks familiar

At first, I simply drew the photograph but it wasn't very interesting so I made it into a cut-out. It's quite simple and doesn't feature a lot of people even though at the time there were hundreds of humans crossing the road. I wanted the audience to focus on how humans have built big cities to live in and that we should celebrate it. B: An image of a great piece of Architecture     Gyeongbokgung Palace, located nort...
